Single Edublogs Pro subscriptions are automatically renewed by PayPal or your credit card unless you cancel your subscription prior to the next payment date and provided there isn’t an issue with the bank account connected to your subscription.

Check Payment Date

You check your next payment date as follows:

1.  Log into your blog dashboard.

2.  Click on the orange +Pro Account button at the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

Click on Pro

3.  This takes you to your Pro account page where you can view your transaction history, send an email receipt, change and cancel your subscription.

4.  Scroll down the page to check your next payment date.

Change Payment Details

Payment can fail to be transferred when your blog automatically renews or if there is an issue with your PayPal account or your credit card.  If this happens you need to set up a new subscription of Edublogs Pro as follows:

1.  Click on the + Upgrade Blog link in the admin bar of your blog.

2. Scroll down the page and click on ‘Select’ under the Edublogs Pro plan you want to subscribe to.

i.e. monthly, every three months or yearly

3.  A pop-up will launch and you subscribe using our secure PayPal or credit card options.

USING PAYPAL

1. Select the checkbox next to the PayPal icon.

2.  This takes you to our secure payment site where you need to either:

  • Sign into your PayPal Account
  • Or add your credit card details and create a new PayPal Account

3.  On the next screen you’ll see the ‘Review Your Information

  • Check your bank account details to make sure they are current.
  • Click Agree and Continue to complete your blog upgrade.

4.  You will be redirected back to the Pro upgrade page once the payment has been processed.

5.  Click on My Account > My Blogs to access your dashboard.

Please note:

  • You will receive a receipt of your payment from PayPal and the admin email address listed in the payment is admin@incsub.com.

USING CREDIT CARD

1.  Enter your credit card details and then click Upgrade.

4.  You will be redirected back to the Pro upgrade page once the payment has been processed.

5.  Click on My Account > My Blogs to access your dashboard.

Please note:

  • Payments are automatically renewed via your credit card unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.

Cancel Edublogs Pro Subscription

You cancel an Edublogs Pro subscription as follows:

1.  Log into your blog dashboard.

2.  Click on the orange +Pro Account button at the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.

Click on Pro

3.  This takes you to your Pro account page where you can view your transaction history, change and cancel your subscription.

4.  Scroll down the page and click on Cancel Subscription.

Please note:

  1. When you cancel your subscription it doesn’t immediately cancel your Pro blog features.  Your blog will remain a Pro blog until the date your current subscription expires.
  2. Please contact Edublogs support if you don’t see an option to cancel subscription on your Pro Account page so we can cancel your subscription.
