Accessing Premium Support inside your Pro blog’s dashboard is as simple as:

1.  Go to Help & Support > Email Support in your dashboard

2.  Write Your Support Question

3.  Add your alternative email address

4.  Click Submit Request

5.  You’ll receive our reply to the email address listed in Settings > General and to your alternative email address.
