You obtain a copy of your Edublogs Pro receipt as follows:
1. Log into your blog dashboard.
2. Click on the orange +Pro Account button at the upper right-hand corner of your dashboard.
3. This takes you to your Pro account page where you can view your transaction history, email a receipt copy of your last payment, change and cancel your subscription.
4. Scroll down the page to ‘Email a receipt copy for your last payment to:’ Click on Change if you need the receipt sent to a different email address.
5. Click on Send.
- Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it as some educational email domains have stricter filters.
- Contact Edublogs support if you are based in Australia and need GST included in your receipt.
